There are a lot of disputes about breakfast importance.
Some researches suggest that people who eat breakfast are leaner than those who skip breakfast. One study found that people who did without breakfast were at four times greater risk of obesity compared to those who started the day off right. It is supposed that breakfast is more important than dinner.
As for me, I cannot eat too much for my breakfast and usually it is tea with sandwiches or corn flakes with milk.

I agree with the fact that breakfast is important... I have bad eating habits because I work home and end up eating when I am hungry, I work all the way through the night and wake up late when it's almost time for lunch sometimes...

but when I have a more relaxed schedule I try to have breakfast, green tea and 2 toasts with jamo, lunch at 12 pm and then dinner around 6 pm.
I notice the difference not in my weight but in my skin.

Usually when I am on a tight schedule, like right now.... I eat breakfast, green tea and toast at 12 and the a one meal around 4 pm that's both lunch and dinner... I end up starving around 10 pm so I go downstairs to make me something... although I know my stomach will not digest it well and the day after I will have a pimple or so... so then recently I found out that if instead of eating I drink a cup of miso soup, it fill me up but does not do me any harm.

I hear that when one does not eat breakfast they tend to eat more at lunch. When you skip meals your metabolism slows down or stops and your body tends to store fat.

The experts say to have smaller meals more often than fewer big meals. It keeps your metabolism going.
