Obesity is lowering our life span is that not alarming? The statistic will fall from 77 years at least two to five years. That's more than the impact of cancer or heart disease. Its alarming. What can we do to stop this? Magazine diets dont cut it. We need real thinking and real solutions we must be pro-active so everyone get involved and get healthy. _________________ BB |

With everything getting so busy it is tough to find time to exercise and eat healthy which is very unfortunate. Not to mention TV, internet and video games are something people are getting involved with which involves sitting around and not getting any exercise. _________________ hmiller
